Online orders

You can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at contact.pokesam@gmail.com with your order number to let us know.

Please send the card back within 14 days of telling us, in the same condition you received it. You pay the postage to send it back.

Once the card arrives back, we refund the card price and the standard postage you paid within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Cards bought or collected in the shop

Cards bought in the shop can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or wrong items

If a card arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us and we will put it right with a refund or replacement, including your postage costs. This does not affect your legal rights.
